| Biography: | Karen married Stanley Gardner around 1976 and moved to Mansonville, QC in the Eastern Townships. She developed a liver condition from a blood transfusion received after the birth of her first son. Easy-going, cheery Karen was on medications for 26 years battling the hepatitis and died at the Royal Victoria hospital from complications this summer. She and her fun-loving nature will be missed. |
